Two ways to work with us
Everything starts with a measured picture of where your business stands. From there, you can act on it yourself or hand some or all of the work to us.

- 02AI visibility programOngoing work at one of three levels, from advice through to building and running the site itself, with a report every month and a change of direction every quarter.
Why the order matters
The three program levels differ by how much of the work we take on, not by a fixed list of tasks. What goes into them comes out of your review.
That’s why we can’t publish a menu. Two businesses on the same level get different work, because their reviews found different things. What we can tell you up front is how much of the work we take on, and how much comes back to you each month.
Common questions
- Do we have to start with the review?
- Yes. Without a measured starting point we’d be guessing at what to work on, and neither of us could tell later whether anything had changed. The review is also what the three program levels are built from.
- Can the review be the whole engagement?
- Yes. Plenty of businesses take the findings and act on them in-house — the review is written to be used that way.
- Why only two services?
- Because we do one thing: getting you found when a customer is choosing — in search results, on the map and in AI answers. AI visibility is the part most agencies don’t measure at all, and it’s what shapes how we do the rest. Anything else we offered would dilute that, though you’re welcome to raise other work with us directly.
